The SAP MM/WM Expert is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA MM&WM solutions to optimize materials management and warehouse processes. The consultant works closely with business users to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. • Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA MM&WM module, focusing on materials procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations. • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications for MM and WM processes. • Configure key SAP MM components such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification. • Support advanced planning and logistics execution processes such as Stock Transport Orders, Special Procurement, and Cross-Docking. • Implement SAP WM core configuration for warehouse processes, including goods receipt, inventory movement, storage bin management, picking, packing, and goods issue. • Integrate MM/WM with related modules including SAP SD, PP, QM and FICO module and other application systems e.g. SRM. • Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams to develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces with good understanding of data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.,) • Conduct key activities during SAP S/4HANA project including testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. • Assist with S/4HANA migration and data conversion activities related to production data. • Play as a good team player to coordinate with offshore consultants and other SAP modules, and build professional relationships with business users, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions

• Domain experience of 6+ years in Materials Management and Warehouse Management, with a strong understanding of best practices in discrete manufacturing industry. • SAP S/4HANA MM/WM functional experience of 8+ years, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA and good experience on 3rd party system integrations. (SAP S/4HANA public cloud experience is preferred). • Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. • Familiarity with integration between MM, WM and other modules (SD, PP, QM and FI/CO). • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to MM&WM and S/4HANA simplifications. • Experience with process mapping and requirement gathering to design effective solutions, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems. • Basic ABAP skills required: debugging standard programs, writing simple enhancements, and creating custom reports to meet business requirements. • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management preferred.
