Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Units, both local and global, to identify and prioritize product portfolio strategy based on opportunities in the Chinese market
• Identifies and communicates market opportunities and builds business cases to support action
• Manages regional product development roadmap and strategy
• Collaborate with Business Units to support successful in-region product launches
• Collaborates and influences to secure resources for projects
• Able to translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies
• Identifies gaps and develops innovative ways to support long-term business goals & impact across the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or business subject area. Graduate degree or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of business development, product management, or equivalent experience in the life science industry
• Strong experience building financial models and business proposals
• Solid project management skills
• Ability to influence across a sophisticated matrix organization
• Willing and able to travel internationally as needed (estimated 10-20% per annum)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
