Tasks:
-Coordinate and define test scopes in cooperation with the BTVs according to their test requirements
Continuous adaptation of the test matrix and test planning according to project progress
Planning and control of the set-up and laboratory resources by means of measurement orders (e.B. in Terramess)。
-Supervision of the duration vehicles (EWP, EVP) and evaluate the parts after tear down (Schichtende) in relation to quality issues (damages, leakage, etc.)
Kick-off discussions with the nominated suppliers to coordinate the schedules and test plans
Planning of the necessary tests on the basis of component scheduling。
-Introduction of change scopes in the case of test-relevant changes in the test sequences
Ensures that sufficient test vehicles are booked in the VTT rounds on time。
-Prepares test drives and actively participates in them as part of the summer and winter tests
Equips the vehicles with the necessary measurement technology, performs both static and dynamic drive tests to evaluate the electrical system
Electrical tests of the electrical system in the areas of voltage, current, voltage drop, resistance and temperature.。
-Document test results in a test report and define together with the development team and supplier corrective actions
Provision of existing test results for the FMEA
Track project execution at the supplier, determine and communicate deviations from plans, lead OPL and provide required information。
-Store technical deliveries from the supplier (including correspondence), distribute necessary project documentation to other VW departments
Carry out assembly tests of the components with the departments involved on the vehicle
Support in the assembly and commissioning of prototype and pre-series vehicles in cooperation with the prototype building and the pilot hall。
-Checks all test results for completeness and plausibility and makes a recommendation for BMG-release
Development support for the vehicle integration of the ZSB cable harness as well as the associated non-line-fixed components (holders, etc.)
Confirmation of the design and the delivered prototype parts through test results and communication of these in the departments and SET。
-Active participation in the Vowa acceptance processes; 1. Collision analyses in the DMU (with role Packager E1), 2. Final VoWa acceptance after successful hardware setup. 。
-Inspection of the electrical system from an electrical and mechanical point of view in accordance with defined test regulations.
Qualification and skills:
-Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar mandatory.
-• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired
• Any work experience in Volkswagen will be a plus
• Familiar project management in automotive environment.
-• Familiar with testing and test management of complex systems and distributed functions desired
• Presentation of abstract and detailed facts in a simplified and comprehensible manner
• Capability to understand and analyze wiring harness functions mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting and system analytics capabilities desired
• Excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills desired
• Business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
• German will be a plus.
