Act as the owner of business operations supporting Business Effectiveness BP, as well as driving new business model support in commercial teams.
Specific R&R
Lead & Support Business Operation
• Take ownership of BE operation process, e.g., HCO & HCP retargeting, territory design & alignment, quota setting & adjustment
• Create regular reporting to provide timely and detailed analysis with related insights, e.g., regular business review reports, external market dynamic tracking, sales behavior evaluation & tracking system, etc.
• Support continuous operation efficiency improvement through insightful diagnosis, analysis and potential recommendations
Support Planning of Strategic Initiatives and Other Ad-hoc Analysis
• Generate business insights, support market opportunity assessment and strategic planning exercise
• Support in the development of comprehensive and analytical PPT reports
• Support Sr. Business Effectiveness Managers in building analytical models and other ad-hoc data analysis
Engage in new business model cross BU
• Assist in the cross BU data and report standardization
• Spearhead innovation in business excellence, insights, and optimization
任职要求
Specific R&R
• Bachelor’s degree or above and 3+ years working experience in SFE/sales operation function in pharmaceutical, with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the domain
• TEAMWORK: Able to contribute as a team and collaborate with colleagues in operation team
• ANALYTICAL: Good at data analytics and experienced in analytics on Microsoft Excel
• COMMUNICATION: Both written and oral communication skills as well as presentation delivery
• DETAIL ORIENTED: Prudent in data management and cares about accuracy in details
• INDEPENDENT: Self initiator and willing to contribute proactively
• Strong skills in Excel/PPT
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Skills in SQL/Python would be a plus
