Manage the customer development of fasteners in interior and exterior and own sharp market insights to identify the opportunities in China.
Work closely with customer Purchasing, Engineering and Quality departments to enhance ITW image and product strengths.
Achieve division AP& LRP target by pursuing valued business pipelines for continued revenue profit growth.
To be a client representative, follow customer requirements & needs and find customer pain points.
Oversee launches/customer projects to ensure customer expectations and product line/sales commitments are met.
Acquire and support in existing and new potential customers. Performs other related duties as assigned.
1. 负责管理内外饰件领域的紧固件客户开发,具备敏锐的市场洞察力,以识别中国市场的业务机会。
2. 与客户的采购、工程及质量部门紧密合作,提升公司(ITW)形象及产品优势。
3. 通过推进有价值的业务项目管道,实现部门的年度运营计划与长期利润目标,确保持续的收入与利润增长。
4. 作为客户代表,跟进客户的要求与需求,发现客户的痛点。
5. 监督产品 launch 及客户项目,确保满足客户期望,并兑现产品线/销售承诺。
6. 在现有及潜在的新客户中争取业务并提供支持。
7. 完成分配的其他相关职责。
任职要求
Rich working experience in tiers customers with proven sales or engineering record.
Fair knowledge of plastic injection and stamping parts.
Minimum 3-year experience in China automotive industry know-how of Tier1.
Good communication skills both internally and externally.
Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure.
Engineering degree with strong sales experience preferred. Fluent English communication.
