Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Design, develop, debug and optimize automatic control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA and motion control programs. 负责自动化控制系统的设计、开发、调试与优化，涵盖PLC、人机界面、数据采集监控及运动控制程序。 2. Complete electrical schematic design, selection of automation components and compiling technical documents. 完成电气原理图设计、自动化元器件选型及技术文档编制。 3. Conduct on-site equipment installation guidance, commissioning, fault troubleshooting and technical training for operators. 现场设备安装指导、调试、故障排查，并对操作人员开展技术培训。 4. Upgrade and renovate old production lines to improve automation level, production efficiency and reduce failure rate. 对老旧设备进行自动化升级改造，提升自动化程度与生产效率，降低设备故障率。 5. Communicate with mechanical, process and production teams to align technical requirements and solve cross-disciplinary technical problems. 与机械、工艺、生产部门对接，统一技术需求，解决跨专业技术问题。 6. Track new automation technologies and equipment, propose feasible technical improvement plans. 跟踪自动化新技术、新设备，出具可行的技术改善方案。 7. Draft maintenance standards, formulate regular inspection manuals and preventive maintenance plans. 制定设备维保标准，编制定期巡检和预防性维护方案。

Personal skill requirements 个人技能要求 1.Proficient in Siemens TIA programming and Driver configuration. 精通西门子TIA编程和驱动配置。 2.Skilled in HMI configuration, SCADA system development, debugging and daily maintenance. 擅长人机界面（HMI）配置、SCADA系统开发、调试及日常维护。 3.Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, TCP/IP and Ethernet/IP. 熟悉Profinet、Modbus、TCP/IP和Ethernet/IP等工业通信协议。 4.Capable of electrical schematic design, component selection and BOM list compilation. 能够进行电路原理图设计、元器件选型以及物料清单（BOM）编制。 5.Experienced in automatic equipment commissioning, program optimization and equipment troubleshooting. 擅长自动设备的调试、程序优化及设备故障排除经验丰富 6.Familiar with motion control, servo drive, frequency converter and industrial robot application is preferred. 熟悉运动控制、伺服驱动、变频器及工业机器人应用者优先。 7.Able to analyze production process problems and provide automation improvement solutions. 能够分析生产流程问题并提供自动化改进方案 8.Basic knowledge of industrial automation safety standards and on-site electrical safety specifications. 掌握工业自动化安全标准及现场电气安全规范的基本知识。 9.Independent ability to complete on-site installation guidance, system debugging and project delivery. 具备独立完成现场安装指导、系统调试及项目交付的能力。 10.Skilled in fault diagnosis, rapid problem solving and after-sales technical support. 擅长故障诊断、快速问题解决及售后服务技术支持。 11.Capable of writing technical documents, operation manuals and project reports in English and Chinese. 能够用英语和中文撰写技术文档、操作手册和项目报告。 12.Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability and hands-on capability. 具备扎实的逻辑思维能力、解决问题的能力以及动手实践能力 13.Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills with mechanical, process and production teams. 具备良好的沟通能力，并能与机械、工艺和生产团队进行跨部门协作。 14.Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips and on-site work. 能够承受压力，并适应频繁的商务出差和现场工作。 15.Rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and continuous learning awareness. 严谨的工作态度、强烈的责任感以及持续学习的意识。v
