岗位职责
Operations Management(运营管理)
• Oversee daily operations across FOH, BOH, takeout, and delivery, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
监督日常运营,确保所有FOH、BOH、外卖和交付流程符合公司SOP和监管标准。
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
制定并执行年度、季度和月度业务计划,以实现销售和利润目标。
• Monitor KPIs such as average check, table turnover rate, and guest satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
监控关键绩效指标,如平均检查、餐桌周转率和客人满意度,并实施持续改进。
• Continuously track and analyze local market trends, gather industry information and customer needs, and promptly optimize store operational strategies and management processes to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Leadership & People Development (团队领导)
• Manage the FOH Manager, Kitchen Managers, and other department leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
管理FOH经理、厨房经理和其他部门领导,以确保跨职能协作。
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance; lead by example to build a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
招聘、培训、指导和评估员工绩效;以身作则,建立积极和高效的工作场所文化。
• Effectively schedule shifts, coordinate workforce allocation, and develop a strong pipeline of management talent to meet organizational needs。
合理进行排班,进行高效的人员调配和计划,培养和储备符合岗位需求的管理人才。
• Utilize motivation programs, training, coaching, and regular team meetings to ensure team goals stay aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives。

Guest Experience & Brand Representation(顾客体验)
• Engage with guests during peak service periods to ensure service excellence, promptly address feedback and guest concerns.
在高峰时段与客人互动,以确保卓越的服务,并主动处理反馈。
• Analyze guest satisfaction surveys and reviews, implement strategies for elevated service and resolve complaints efficiently.
分析客人满意度调查和评论,实施提高服务质量的策略,并高效处理客户投诉
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and strengthen company brand and culture in the community.
与营销团队合作,执行当地促销活动并建立社区形象。
Financial & Resource Management (财务管理)
• Prepare and manage store budgets, control labor, food, and utility costs to meet profit targets.
准备和管理门店预算,控制劳动力、食品和公用事业成本,以实现利润目标。
• Oversee vendor relations, inventory control, supply chain coordination, and waste reduction.
处理外部供应商、合作伙伴的沟通与协调;监督库存控制、供应链协调和减少浪费。
• Review operational and financial reports; use clear and transparent communication to communicate results and action plans to corporate leadership through regular reporting and meetings to ensure.
审查业务和财务报告;并通过报告及会议等形式与公司保持公开、透明的沟通信息;
Compliance (合规)
• Ensure full compliance with state, local and federal laws and regulations to mitigate business risks, including but not limited to labor, food safety, fire safety, and environmental requirements; maintain or promptly obtain ServSafe Manager Certification.
落实并严格遵守当地的法规要求,防范经营风险,包括但不限于劳工、食品安全、消防和环保等法规,并具备获得ServSafe 经理认证(ServSafe Manager Certification)
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

任职要求
1. Passionate about the restaurant industry, with proven chain restaurant management experience; minimum of 2 years as a restaurant General Manager (including entrepreneurial experience is a plus) and a record of successful leadership.
热爱餐饮行业, 具备连锁餐厅管理经验,曾担任连锁餐饮店长至少2年(含相关餐饮创业经验),并有成功的管理案例。
2. Experience managing teams of 20–30 employees, with hands-on ability in recruiting, training, and motivating staff; strong independent leadership skills.
有管理20-30 人团队的经历,具备招聘、培训和激励团队的实际操作能力,能够独立带领团队达成目标。
3. Proficient in budget management and capable of analyzing and interpreting financial statements (including cost controls, P&L, and key business metrics).
熟悉预算管理、能够分析和解读财务报表(如成本、费用、损益表关键指标等)。
4. Solid understanding of U.S. restaurant regulations and standards, with knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and restaurant operations.

5. Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English; exceptional coordination and cross-cultural interpersonal abilities.
