Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility: The position will take the role as problem manager of platform in China. Its responsibility is to organize the whole FAP team and bring all Joint Venture together. It is necessary to report the top problems in summary meetings, which needs to be identified before. It is also including the test management organization in EVE, for that the build up of competence of process and product validation. Key Tasks: Participate in R&D error rounds, follow up top problems and escalate if necessary. Building up the process of error management for platform in China. Build up and Organize FAP(Error handling process) Team including all Joint Ventures and report the top problems in summit meetings. Be the interface between Joint Ventures, R&D Anhui and Volkswagen Wolfsburg. Secure the know-how transfer and escalate platform product topics. Be the interface with WOB error management team and promote collaboration between VW in China and VW WOB. Support to build-up process and product validation and test competence in department. Secure the exchange between commissioning, test-management and error-management. Build up regularly exchange and support the related departments with information and knowledge. Qualification and Skills: Bachelor or higher degree majoring in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering or computer science or equivalent qualifications min. 3 years working experience in electronic topics Electronic and electronic Knowledge of vehicle Familiar with NEV electric & electronic system and architecture, include diagnose system, vehicle bus communication system Experience about vehicle integration test is appreciated Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player Structured working methods, high dedication, high degree of initiative, assertiveness, innovative approach Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
