【Position Overview职位概述】
Assisting Merchandising Manager in Category management, this position will be in charge of product performance analysis & reports and competition study, and actively involved in category product management, to best support market initiatives and sales target achievement.
【Key Accountabilities】
Product analysis and report(40%)
• Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports
• Make sales analysis and reports for instore caravan, campaign and other specific project
• Build ad-hoc report upon request
Competition monitoring and study(25%)
• Lead key competitor mapping project and coordinate with the team to update information when necessary
• Provide monthly competitor newness report
• Collect and summarize competitor product focus / new launch in festival moment
Collection management(25%)
• Involved in collection assortment review
• Provide newness sales forecast input
• Prepare and coordinate product launch (product news preparation, inventory follow-up, launch feedback collecting and reporting, etc.)
• Execute related caravan or specific project in product selection, image grid production and inventory transfer coordination, etc
Cross category and cross function support(10%)
• Lead merchandising content to feed weekly Retail newsletter
• Support store opening / reopening operations
• Support major event, eg. High Jewelry event
• Provide product sales data support to other department upon request
任职要求
【Qualifications】
Bachelor+ degree holder
3+ years of experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics merchandising function
Strong logic and analytical thinking, rigorous and detail oriented
Good communication skills, with proficient written and oral English
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong willing to support, reliable team player
