Mission概述:
• To support GBS H2R central function for daily operation process支持进行GBS H2R职能模块日常操作流程
• Overall provide personnel lifecycle services (check-in/out/transfer) in charge 提供人力资源全流程服务
• Other GBS H2R/HR support GBS H2R及HR交代的其它事项
Areas of responsibilities职责范围:
• To work with local and other GBS H2R team to guarantee high-quality and timely personnel lifecycle services work of SHVS
• 与当地及其他GBS H2R团队合作,保证SHVS提供高质量和及时的人力资源全流程服务
• Data maintenance in HR related systems as HR required根据HR需求,维护人力资源相关系统的数据
• Payroll related responsibilities incl. data collection, salary report checking, payment support etc. 与工资相关的职责,包括数据收集,核算工资,付款支持等
• C&B information related reports and employee master data reports. 薪酬福利相关报告和员工主数据报告
• Monthly social insurance and housing fund support每月社会保险和住房公积金的工作
• Company benefit support, like EA, SMP, Commercial Insurance etc. 公司福利支持,如企业年金,股票,商业保险等。
• Attendance Management考勤管理
• Flexible Working Hours application 特殊工时申请
• Audit (tax/finance) Support 审计(税务/财务)支持
• Provide contract/certificate management services according to SOP requirement根据SOP要求签署员工合同,开具证明文件
• Support of residence permit and Hukou application 居住证及落户事宜办理
• Business report requirements提供业务部门要求的报告
• Employee daily inquiry handling and follow up处理员工日常问询并及时回复并跟踪问题处理的状态
任职要求
Education and Experience教育及经验:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, CET-4 above本科及以上学历,英语四级以上
• 2-3 HR related HR operation working experience, exceptionally for payroll related experience 2-3年人力资源相关工作经验,薪资相关经验优先
• A good team player with customer service mindset具有良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识
• Result-oriented结果导向思维
• Good communication skill良好的沟通能力
Competence and Knowledge能力:
• Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge技术/方法/专业知识
• Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications熟练运用微软办公软件,包括内部网/互联网和人力资源相关的应用
• Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international company业务知识: 了解组织文化/结构;有大型跨国公司工作经验
• Location specific HR related regulations了解当地特定的人力资源相关规定
• Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services) 具备相关国家人力资源的知识(共享服务)
• Project management Experience项目管理经验
