Brief description: As responsible FOP for all rear exterior lamps in a project lead the parts development. Assure the time schedule, development and material cost, lead the part and system concept design and major in construction area. Work together with all related departments in VW Anhui /VW. Steering/monitor the suppliers work. Responsible for the final release of the lamp part and system according the ME. Key tasks: 1.Lead the lamps part and system development work (whole lamp concept design/construction design etc.). Creates technical solutions to develop Front Lamps according to Design, technical and compliance requirements. 2.Responsible for the project time schedule on part level. 3.Responsible for the cost relevant matters (development cost/material cost etc.) 4.Work together with the specialists, track the approval of the optic / thermal / defogging. Work closely together with Lamp Strak to realize the feasibility 5.Work together with electric specialist, track the approval of the electric system release. 6.Work together with test engineer, track and push the test result approval. 7.Control and track the supplier development work quality and schedule. 8.Control the light sample and night drive relevant schedules (sample arrangement internal Anhui and EU) 9.Work as the window with VW cooperating departments. 10.Take whole responsibility for the communication work with other departments, including purchase / finance /logistic etc. Qualification and skills: 1. Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar 2.More than 1 year team leading experience. 3-5 years of experience in Car Exterior Lamps development. 3.VW system work experience is preferred. 4.Catia basic skill required, Catia advanced is preferred. Good knowledge status of 3D/2D drawing. Thermal/fogging/vibration/optic simulation tools. Electronic diagnose and software coding. Good knowledge of the office software. 5.Good troubleshooting capabilities. Good communication and coordination skills strong team awareness. Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
