职责说明Position Description： • Participates in research and development activities to understand product CTQ, design, theory and lab process. Utilizes established mathematical and scientific techniques to compile and analyze data. Writes technical reports detailing procedures, outcomes, and observations. • Studies and records process parameters during product development and scaleup to improve performance and establish standard documentation in the development, maintenance, production, and other worker operations. • Leads the design to production activity, ensures an integrated technology transfer from development to production, and supports the manufacturing process setup, risk mitigation, and control planning for new products. • Generates and maintains the technology package of material specification, process, and property information. • Responds to customer requirements related to process and upgrades processes accordingly to improve performance and efficiency. • Cross-functional communication and collaboration, plan for scale-up resources and timeline. •参与研发活动，了解产品CTQ、设计、理论和实验室流程。利用既定的数学和科学技术来汇编和分析数据。编写详细说明程序、结果和观察结果的技术报告。 •在产品开发和扩大规模期间研究和记录工艺参数，以提高性能，并在开发、维护、生产和其他工人操作中建立标准文件。 •领导设计到生产活动，确保从开发到生产的集成技术转移，并支持新产品的制造流程设置、风险缓解和控制规划。 •生成并维护材料规范、工艺和特性信息的技术包。 •响应与流程相关的客户要求，并相应地升级流程，以提高性能和效率。 •跨职能沟通与协作 这个职位主要是做导热界面材料（这块可以稍微放宽一些），希望找有些相关生产放大经验，可以和工厂和客户英文沟通技术的的研发人员

任职要求Job Requirements ： "• Familiar with a variety of composite material concepts, practices, and procedures. • Requires a graduate degree and related experience, and able to show proven capabilities in the chemical engineering, process engineering, polymer material, composite material field or in a related area. • Experience in the material scale-up implementation from lab scale to production– RMs, SOP, scale-up plan, x-function communication. • Systematic planning, execution, and documentation. • Strong skills in communication, cooperation, and teamwork. • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing. •熟悉各种复合材料的概念、实践和程序。 •需要研究生学位和相关经验，并能够在化学工程、工艺工程、聚合物材料、复合材料领域或相关领域表现出经验证的能力。 •从实验室规模到生产的材料放大实施经验——RM、SOP、放大计划、x功能沟通。 •系统规划、执行和文件编制。 •具有较强的沟通、合作和团队合作能力。 •英语说、读、写流利。"
