岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Client Development
• Conduct proactive market research and analyze industry trends to identify and target potential key/strategic accounts.
• Initiate contact and engage with high-level decision-makers of potential clients through various channels (e.g., self-sourcing, industry conferences, partner referrals).
• Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and initial engagement to needs assessment and commercial negotiations—until contract signing.
2. Sales Targets & Strategy Execution
• Achieve clear new-client sales targets (e.g., annual new contract amount number of new accounts) and develop actionable personal business development plans.
• Design tailored strategies and solutions for target clients, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and navigating key decision-making processes.
3. Client Relationship & Needs Management
• Rapidly build high-trust relationships with potential clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges and strategic needs.
• Coordinate internal resources (e.g., technical, product, and service teams) to deliver forward-thinking solution proposals and guide client requirements.
任职要求
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering, preferably in machine vision, industrial automation, or related high-tech industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
• Strong Hunter Mentality: Passionate about challenges, undaunted by cold outreach, and highly self-motivated to achieve new business goals.
• Exceptional Business Development Skills: Proven ability to independently source and develop clients, coupled with advanced sales techniques.
• Strategic Mindset & Influence: Capable of engaging in executive-level conversations, thinking strategically, and influencing decision-makers.
