1. Plan and execute global project; manage and coordinate global RD team to archive (design timing, technical solution, and defect investigation). Manage the developing schedule etc. of the project; following project management processes and work tightly with global TPM on behalf of RD side. 2. Project team coordination: manage cross function team (engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, etc) across different regions; communicate and track functional deliverables, mainly focus on RD deliverables by following master timing; motivate and encourage teamwork. Coordinate project resources to handle issue, problem, defect, etc. 3. Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues. 4. Report project status to global TPM and other relevant senior management regularly.

1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive relative major. Minimum 2 years automotive experience and Minimum 1 year project management experience. Depends on the interview if the candidate is outstanding. 2. Excellent communication skills, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations with team and management 3. Good English in written and verbal 4. Good communication and presentation skills. 5. Able to work under pressure, like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
