岗位职责: 1.负责客户日常咨询、投诉、售后问题的受理与跟进,快速响应并闭环解决. handle daily customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales issues, respond quickly and ensure closed-loop resolution. 2.维护良好客户关系,提升客户满意度与体验,主动跟进订单、物流、使用问题. maintain good customer relationships, improve satisfaction and experience, proactively follow up orders, logistics and usage issues. 3.记录客户信息、需求与反馈,整理问题报表,同步内部相关部门优化服务与产品. record customer info, demands and feedback, generate reports, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize service & products. 4.处理退换货、补发、退款等流程,确保合规、高效、客户体验良好. handle returns, replacements, refunds and other processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and good experience. 5.完成客户回访、满意度调查、关怀提醒等工作,提升复购与口碑. complete customer follow-ups, satisfaction surveys and care reminders to improve repurchase and reputation. 6.严格遵守服务流程与话术标准,保持专业、耐心、友好的服务态度. abide by service processes and scripts, maintain professional, patient and friendly service attitude. 7.进出口关务与合规管理 / import & export customs & compliance

任职资格: 1.大专及以上学历,专业不限. college degree or above, major is not limited. 2.具备客户服务、客服、售后相关经验优先. 3.普通话标准,沟通表达清晰,有同理心,服务意识强,抗压能力好. 4.熟练使用 office客服系统 / erp 等基础办公工具. 5.工作细致负责、积极主动,具备良好的团队协作意识. 6.具备英文读写能力,英语可作为工作语言.
