Job Purpose:
•Hire a Transformation Manager with consulting experience to evaluate the challenge for GSC China to implement Kinaxis / Forge (org & operation model transformation) /Rugby (org & operation model Transformation) with current timeline and team capabilities
•Support GSC in transformation
Key Accountabilities:
•Provide assessments in GSC transformation programs (Kinaxis/ Forge/ Rugby) with the team capability evaluation and challenge assessment.
•Challenge identification and risk mitigation action with industrial experience.
•Prepare China team in MOC and support for the smooth transformation in both system and operation.

Job Holder Requirements:
•Min 3 years working experience in consulting firms like E&Y, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.
•Senior manager level with exact experience to run the project for MNC companies like project Forge / Rugby(reorg and switch the operation center overseas)
•In-depth understanding of transformation especially in Supply chain, planning system experience would be a plus.
•Consulting skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, change management, etc.
•Strong partnership skills, specifically showing a wide range of interpersonal skills applicable in different situations with internal peers and networks within organizations.
•Strong ability in time & resource balancing management skill.
•Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
•Bachelor’s degree and the above
•Languages: English & Chinese - Fluent
