主要职责 1.结合市场需求，与客户及研发（R&D）团队沟通，明确产品技术规格。 2.在新产品 / 新工艺开发阶段，协同技术部、生产工厂及其他相关部门，组织实施产品质量先期策划（APQP）。 3.配合技术部，组织开展新产品、新工艺及新设备的验证工作。 1. Communicate with the customer and R&D team, based on the market request, define the product specification. 2. During the new product/process development, coordinating with technical, plant and other department, organize APQP. 3. Coordinating with Technical department, organizing new products, process, and equipment qualification.

Skills and Requirements 1. College education or above, majoring in mechanical is prefer 2. Good knowledge of APQP, familiar with quality tools 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills 4.
