Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of China R&D programs, including planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery • Lead software localization and language translation projects in collaboration with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and external vendors • Coordinate program activities supporting China regulatory submissions (e.g., NMPA), ensuring alignment of timelines and deliverables • Partner with China factory teams and global stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues • Support cost saving and efficiency initiatives related to China localization and development activities • Provide clear program status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level communication • Apply standard program management processes and continuous improvement practices

________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field • 5+ years of program or project management experience in R&D, software, medical devices, diagnostics, or other regulated industries • Proven experience managing cross-functional, global programs, including China-based teams • Familiarity with localization projects and/or China regulatory processes (NMPA) preferred • Strong execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English and Mandarin • Ability to work independently in a matrixed, global environment ________________________________________ Preferred • Experience in science instrument industry • PMP or equivalent certification • Prior experience working in global organizations
