1.Analyze and solve in CORN system as “clarifier” for the product quality complaint from customer in time.
及时分析并解决客户抱怨系统里的客户投诉
2.Analyze problem cause and propose solutions in cooperation with other departments, address Ex-works, take corrective actions to avoid same problem happening in future.
和其他部门一起分析问题原因并提供给客户解决方案,内部采取措施避免问题重复发生
3.Assist Head Product Support to prepare Global CORN meetings.
协助全球产品支持准备全球客诉会议
4.Present the status of problem solving during regular CORN team meeting and service meeting.
定期在相关会议更新客诉问题解决进展
5.Call and organize cause analysis when needed.组织问题分析会议
6.Coordinate field test and retrofit.协调现场测试和改造
7.Create the service info/customer info when necessary.分享客诉解决信息
8.Handle the return parts, scrap or repair.处理返回零件,报废或返修
9.Mornitor and control the guaranteed cost管理和控制客户担保费用
任职要求
-Bachelor or above in Mechanic/Electric/Textile/Engineering
-More than Five years working-experience, experience in large Textile industry is preferred
-Field engineer is a plus
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
机械、电气、纺织、工程类专业 本科及以上学历
五年以上工作经验,大型纺织行业经验优先
有现场工程师(Field engineer)经验者优先
英语读写及口语流利
