1. Design and develop the assembly process and machine to meet production requirement 2. Lead automation engineer / technician to build up assembly process and machine 3. Work with PD for new product feasibility and low cost design review 4. Work with vision / electrical control engineer to develop the vision / assembly machine 5. Work with PD, PE, AQP to fully debug the process and assembly tooling 6. Lead to product issue resolve.

1. 10 years experiences in machine / process development, 2. 10 years experiences in the field of auto equipment development 3. 5 years connector tooling / process design experience 4. Understand the process of stamping, molding, assembly process
