岗位职责
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Commercial responsible in leading the company’s sales and business development activities across assigned international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent people management skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Growth
Lead and oversee regional sales operations across assigned markets to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Drive growth across the company’s equipment solutions, aftermarket components, and service offerings through effective partner and distributor management.
Identify new business opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share and improve profitability.
2.Customer & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Represent the company in industry events, customer engagements, and business forums to strengthen brand presence and commercial opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by working closely with operational teams to deliver strong after-sales support.
3.Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide leadership and direction to sales, aftermarket, and service teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product specialists, and operations teams to align market strategies and support business growth.
4.Commercial & Market Management
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on market and competitive dynamics.
Ensure commercial discipline in project specifications, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Forecast sales performance and monitor key accounts, sales pipelines, and market developments.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, insights, and annual business plans to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience within capital equipment, industrial solutions, or engineered systems environments.
Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth across multi-market or international business environments.
Strong understanding of partner-led sales models, distribution networks, and service-oriented business structures.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse and cross-cultural teams.
Strategic, analytical, and commercially driven, with strong business acumen and problem-solving capability.
Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.

4.商业与市场管理
·进行市场分析,识别增长机会,并根据市场和竞争动态调整策略。
·在项目规格、建议书、定价和合同谈判中确保商业纪律。
5.绩效监测与报告
·预测销售业绩,监控大客户、销售渠道和市场动态
