1. Have rich experience in CRM operation and maintenance, especially in the operation and maintenance of service-oriented systems; Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in SAP-CRM/CRM WEBUI product operation and maintenance
2. Good communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, strong execution and judgment
3. Possess good analytical skills, clear thinking, able to independently analyze system operation and maintenance data and complete report summaries, proficient in using office and other related office software;
4. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the system, as well as the analysis of daily operation and maintenance documents
5. Quickly respond to and handle system production issues, communicate and coordinate with the development team and other relevant departments, investigate problem causes and solve them
6. Analyze and organize business data and system operation and maintenance data, and complete the report summary
