Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and monitor P&L lines below SGP, including planning, forecasting, and expense control. 2. P&L closing validation by partnering with BU and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity and provide timely financial updates during the process. 3. Develop and maintain BPC retrieval templates based on business requirements. 4. Design, enhance, and maintain management reporting packages, and coordinate with Genpact to ensure timely report delivery. 5. Daily Support on business programs, pricing, master data maintenance and finance training for non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; solid understanding of accounting principles. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance. 3. Knowledge of SAP and BPC is preferred. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities; proficient in English.
