岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities: 1.负责事业部整体运营管理，制定并执行业务战略和运营计划，确保业务目标达成。 Responsible for overall business unit operations, developing and executing business strategies and operational plans to achieve business objectives. 2.协调销售、技术、研发等部门，优化资源配置和跨部门协作流程。 Coordinate sales, technical, and R&D teams, optimizing resource allocation and cross-departmental collaboration. 3.建立健全运营体系和流程管理，推动项目高效落地。 Establish and improve operational systems and process management to ensure efficient project execution. 4.通过数据分析监控业务指标，持续改进业务和流程效率。 Monitor business metrics through data analysis and continuously improve business processes and efficiency. 5.参与产品、市场及战略决策，支持业务创新和新产品落地。 Participate in product, market, and strategic decision-making to support business innovation and new product launches.

任职要求 / Qualifications: 1.本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、机械、计算机或管理类相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Management. 2.10年以上行业经验，至少5年以上跨部门运营或事业部管理经验；熟悉人形机器人、具身机器人或智能制造行业者优先。 Over 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in cross-department operations or business unit management; experience in humanoid, embodied robotics, or intelligent manufacturing is preferred. 3.具备优秀的跨部门协调能力、团队管理能力和项目推进能力。 Excellent cross-department coordination, team management, and project execution skills. 4.数据敏感，能够通过数据驱动业务决策。 Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on business metrics. 5.具备战略思维、执行力和抗压能力，能够在复杂环境下推动业务落地。 Strategic thinking, strong execution, and resilience to drive business outcomes in complex environments.
