Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities where our online fraud prevention and credit risk solutions align with client needs. Conduct thorough discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their fraud and credit risk challenges and business objectives. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our fraud prevention and credit risk products and effectively articulate their value proposition to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions. Develop and present customised product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions in addressing the client's requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions that align with client needs, including crafting detailed technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on integration, implementation, and best practices for deploying our risk analytic solutions. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides. 任职要求
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on fraud prevention or credit risk solutions. Strong technical knowledge of fraud prevention methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in crafting and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients. Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
