【Responsibilities】
1. Novelty Planning & Strategy
• Planning newness forecast and achieve sales target
• Build up inventory for key moment /by month
• Build product strategy by channel by campaign
• Range plan across channel and allocation
2. Site Merchandising & Product Related Operation
• Site merchandising plan for Home Page/ Commercial landing Page/ Product list Page
• Product on-shelf/off-shelf control
• Manage Back Order, product transfer & rebalance
• Master File Owner
3. Product Reporting
• Manage all product related reporting
• Analysis & bring Insights to improve product operation KPI (incl. traffic, CVR, sales by category & SKU level)
• Study on market researching & intelligence
4. Leadership & Ownership
• Willing to coordinate & consolidate resource and support cross function/cross team
internally/externally to achieve the sales target &KPI
• Strong supporting & ownership of all products related things
任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6+ years’ experience in Digital Merchandising/ Product operation/ Brand Merchandising
• Solid knowledge of site merchandising & product operation for online channels
• Have necessary knowledge & experiences with product planning, execution, review,
reporting, delivery insight and action plan
• Strong analytical and planning skills and drive the result at product level
• Strong product strategy thinking, detail oriented & Client centric thinking
• Thinking leader & proactive to drive the changes
• Written and oral communication skills in English
