Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. ●   Minimum of 20 years of experience in manufacturing management. ●   Proven experience in EMS environment. ●   Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. ●   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ●   Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines. ●   Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and inventory management. ●   Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
