Job Summary: The Dedicated Technical Engineer will ensure timely complaint management for domestic customers, with a focus on returned product testing. This position involves conducting analytical tests from the Chinese customers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely closure of quality complaints from local customers. Receive inquiries and manage case log in the internal system. Conduct testing on returned products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of complaint handling processes. Perform lab maintenance to ensure testing environment is complaint with LS Quality Standard. Strictly comply with company EHS safety regulations and master skill of safety work and emergency rescue knowledge.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Biology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Science or pharmaceutical industry. Skills: oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. oExperience using chemical analytical instrument (e.g. FTIR, HPLC, GC-MS) is a plus. oExcellent written and verbal communication abilities, both in English and the local language. oAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.
