职责描述: 1、"根据TPO/PVC皮革产品开发需要，负责新涂料原材料的开发、认可，以及内部原材料检验规格等相关文件的编制与维护； According to TPO/PVC leather product development demands, to responsible for new raw materials development and apprval, prepare and maintain internal raw material inspection specifications and other related documents;" 2、"根据TPO/PVC产品开发需要，负责新涂层配方的研发,验证,认可，推进新涂层配方的量产应用。 According to TPO/PVC leather product development demands, to responsible for new lacquering formula development, validation, approval and forward to mass production." 3、"协助相关部门，对过程产品、最终产品的质量异常进行原因分析，并制定解决与改进方案； To assist relevant departments to analyze the causes of quality issues of process products and final products, and develop solutions and improvement plans;" 4、"按照IATF 16949 质量体系要求，协助进行公司产品审核、过程审核以及相关质量体系文件的编制与维护工作； According to IATF 16949 quality system requirements, to assist in product audit, process audit and preparation and maintenance of relevant quality system documents;" 5、"领导交代的其他工作 Other works" 任职要求: 1、"大学本科及以上学历，高分子材料、有机化学等相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer materialor organic chemistry." 2、"人造革行业涂层/表处研发岗位1-3年工作经验。 Working experience in Coating/Lacquering Formula R&D in artificial leather industry is preferred;" 3、"CET-4及以上，具备英语听、说、读、写能力，能正常进行英语口语交流及书面沟通 Cet-4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to communicate in spoken and written English"
