network in more than 170 countries and regions up to now.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tire Sales Manager to lead our sales team and driverevenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Tires sales and businessdevelopment, with a proven track record of managing accounts and analyzing market trends. Thisrole requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a strategic mindset toachieve sales targets.

1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market
presence in responsible territory.
2.Build and manage strong,sustainable relationships with customers and other extended networkin assigned territory to promote company's positioning in the market and thus to urge the buying
decisions.
3.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
4.0versee account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
5.Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
6.Foster relationships with key clients through outside sales efforts and networking events.
7.Actively participate in open-communication environment,ensure customer puying experience
consistency/drive improvement
Requirements
1.College degree or equivalent preferably marketing or commercial /Engineering background.
2.Proven Tires experience in sales management or a similar role within the technology sectoi
more than 10 years. Multi-national company is a plus , international large tire manufacturing
industry is preferred
3.Multi-national company is a plus , auto aftermarketindustry preferred
4.Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
5.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively6.Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
7.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong clientrelationships.
8.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
