Description:
1.Daily support to Domain GM head, like calendar and agenda updating, tickets and hotel booking,TEC and GEC reimbursement, HQ visitors arrangement, like agenda updating, visa and invitation issuing
2. On-site executing and supporting activities and events, like GMC Qualifying Training, MC products workshop, Road Show, Seminars, MC Conference, and exhibitions, Farewell, Annual party and other events.
3.Process applying and following for activities, like PO creating (seminar, training and other service PO), GR process pushing. Organizing vendor bidding for activities, service and research
purchasing after collecting MC colleagues’ request
4.New colleagues on-boarding process and transferring process following up.

负责业务总经理的日常支持工作,包括日程与议程更新、票务酒店预订、差旅及费用报销、总部访客接待安排(如议程更新、签证及邀请函办理)。
负责各类活动的现场执行与支持,包括总经理认证培训、产品研讨会、路演、行业论坛、管理会议、展会活动、欢送会、年会及其他庆典活动。
完成活动相关流程申请与跟进,包括创建采购订单(研讨会、培训及其他服务类采购)、跟进货物接收流程;汇总事业部同事需求后,组织供应商比选及服务/调研类采购。
跟进新员工入职流程与员工调岗流转程序。
