Financial strategy and operational decision support; formulate and implement the group's financial strategy, lead the construction of the financial management system and digitalization, optimize processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.  Business empowerment and cost control, deeply participate in business operations, coordinate cost control, quotation review and daily financial support, promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.  Capital operation and fund management; coordinate investment, financing and capital operations, maintain core external relationships with banks, tax authorities and auditors, ensure the security and stability of the capital chain.  Compliance governance and listing connection; be responsible for listing compliance and corporate governance, ensure legal and compliant information disclosure, and smoothly interface with regulatory agencies, the board of directors and shareholders.  Leading and directing the finance team, including recruitment, performance management, professional development, and succession planning。

 Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; possession of advanced professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.  Over 15 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a role as Financial Head or equivalent in a large manufacturing conglomerate.  In-depth knowledge of financial regulatory requirements for Hong Kong-listed companies, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and financial and tax policies in the mainland manufacturing industry.  Comprehensive financial management capability in large manufacturing enterprises, with familiarity in factory cost control, supply chain finance, and global operations.  Proficiency in English as a working language.  Strong team management and communication skills, with a high degree of professional ethics.
