- Responsibilities including company shuttle bus, transportation and canteen management, including vendor selection and assessment.
- Arranges insurance, maintenance, repair and other affairs related to company vehicle
- Performs clerical tasks as per Admin requirement, i.e. coordination with stationery supplier, meal supplier, express supplier,business card printing supplier, water supplier, plant supplier, travel & hotel agencies, etc.
- Responsible for PPE management and achieve annually cost control and cost down target.
- Responsible for executing the security regulations in plant by coordination with out-sourcing security service supplier.
- Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary.
- Organizes company activities such like annual party, company outing, sports/ matches and etc.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
HR
- Responsibilities including recruitment, staffing, C&B support and training.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. Developing and maintaining recruitment channels.
- Conduct new employee process including CV screening, interview, on boarding procedure, probation training following.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.\ Assist in managing employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries.
- Get to know your employees and give feedback as HRBP
- Be involved in HR digitalization projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

支持绩效评估过程,并为绩效改进计划提供指导。
-确定培训需求并协调培训计划。协助管理员工福利计划和解决员工的问题。
