Scope of work 工作范围 The primary responsibility of the position is to support new product development of commercial air-condition, In this capacity, design engineer will use Creo to develop 3D models, manufacturing 2D drawings, and BOM based on product and engineer team’s requirements. In addition, the designer also be responsible to onsite support manufacture and improve design during the phase of trail production. 该职位的主要职责是支持新空调产品的研发，具体是根据产品的需求和工程师团队输入，使用Creo软件完成产品的细节 设计，产出对应的模型，图纸及物料清单，并在新产品试生产阶段跟进制造和改进设计。 To do this, the designer must have a well understanding of the knowledge for mechanical design and manufacture process, be proficient at Creo skills, and familiar with the principle of air-condition. 为此，设计工程师需对机械设计，生产制造相关知识有很好的理解，掌握和熟练应用Creo软件，熟悉商用空调产品相关 原理和技术。 Accountabilities 基本职责 1. Support new product development, use Creo to develop 3D models, manufacture 2D drawings, and BOM that best meet the requirements of quality and specifications. (Weight: 70%) 基于产品需求和工程师团队输入，使用Creo软件完成新产品细节设计，产出对应模型，图纸和物料清单，产出需 满足部门质量和国家标准规范要求。（权重：70%） 2. Delivery the requested work for new product launch in time, like BIM, certify drawing, weight data. (Weight: 10%) 提供新产品发布所需的技术资料，如BIM, certify drawing和产品重量数据等。（权重：10%） 3. Onsite technical support for factory and supplier. (Weight: 10%) 为工厂和供应商提供生产制造相关现场技术支持。（权重：10%） 4. Support to CX and participate in DE team on continuous improvement activities. (Weight: 5%) 参与或主导部门内外各种持续改进项目。（权重：5%） 5. Other work items arranged by supervisor. (Weight: 5%) 主管安排的其他工作。（权重：5%）

Education教育背景 Bachelor or above degree with major in mechanical design and automation or related area 本科及以上学历，机械设计，自动化或相关专业 Technical certification 专业/资格 Experience on mechanical design or HVAC preferred 有机械设计或HVAC行业从业经验者佳 Computer skills 计算机水平 Skilled in Creo or other 3D design software, familiar with Windchill or other PLM systems preferred 熟练使用Creo或其他三维制图软件，熟悉Windchill或其他PLM系统者佳 Language ability 语言能力 Fluent English preferred 流利的英语读写者佳 Personality 性格特点 Self-motivated and quick to learn 积极主动、快速学习 Other competencies 其他能力 Teamwork skills required 良好的团队合作
