* Experience / Background: We are looking for an experienced candidate with around 10+ years of experience in Indirect procurement / Sourcing, in an international environment, and preferred in the manufacturing industry etc.. * Category Management: Solid experience in category management, Category strategies developing/implementation/refresh etc., Demand and forecast management, and Project management, etc.. * Performance Delivery: Proving tracking record for strong Year-over-Year performance/delivery. Ability to drive from one raw initiative to transform and realize the value in a timely manner.

* Supplier Relationship Management: Experience with managing complex supplier relationships through a structured SRM program. * Stakeholder Management.
