End-to-End Process Excellence - Master OLED/SMT/Array process knowledge (e.g., thin-film encapsulation, photo-lithography), leading FMEA for yield improvement and cost reduction. - Partner with R&D on Design for Excellence (DFX) initiatives, embedding quality into next-gen micro-OLED architectures. 4. Education: University with MBA preference or having equivalent working experience. Candidate Non-Negotiables: - Language & Communication: Native-level business English (TOEIC 900+ or equivalent) with proven ability to negotiate technical terms with Apple/Meta/Google stakeholders. - Experience in drafting audit reports, QBRs (Quality Business Reviews), and CPARs (Corrective Action Requests) in English. - Technical Expertise:10+ years in consumer electronics/displays, including 2+ years as Quality Director - Deep hands-on knowledge of OLED manufacturing defects mode (mura, pixel defects) and SMT process controls (reflow profiling, AOI optimization). - Cultural Fit: Western-educated (MBA/MS in US/EU preferred) or 3+ years in multinational corporations with matrix reporting structures. - Agile mindset to navigate Silicon Valley tech client cultures (e.g., Apple’s obsessive secrecy, Meta’s rapid iteration demands).
