Wiring Harness System Engineering 线束系统开发

Tasks： -Analysis all relevant Schematics, define together with package engineers the wiring harness partitioning including inline connections by considering the platform specifications for inline connections. Design of the power and ground distribution per vehicle project, considering the system circuit diagram specifications -Concept development for possible new power distribution boxes and creation of a requirement specification for handover to the responsible headquarter department. Review each new release of system schematics with regard to changes for the respective vehicle projects together with the development supplier. -Preparation of necessary change requests (SYS AEM) for the modifications of the circuit diagrams (SYS). Evaluate, coordinate and implement project-specific changes with regard to the technical effects and feasibility on the wiring system. -Create change requests in AVON for electrical systems changes, create meaningful documents, request appropriate change requests (Bordnetz AEM) from the development supplier and lead requests to numbering. Control and approve change requests (Bordnetz AEM) from the supplier. -Determination of the cable cross-sections and splice positions considering existing specifications (e.B. EMC, fuse-wire size matching) with the aim of using as less cable material as possible -Track project execution at the supplier, determine and communicate deviations from plans, lead OPL and provide required Reporting the status in the regularly Simultaneous Engineering Team (SET) meetings for Hut and Platform Cooperation with the EMC department for the release of the wiring system. -Cooperation with the Network technology department for the release of the wiring system. All necessary data and changes must be carried out in close coordination with the Network technology department and the supplier . Qualification and skills required ： -Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering communications computing or similar -• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired • Familiar automotive electric or electronic technology • Familiar project management in automotive environment -• Presentation of abstract and detailed facts in a simplified and comprehensible manner • Good teamwork ability • Experience with team leading • Good communication presentation and coordination skills • Any work experience in Volkswagen will be a plus • Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
