About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic architect of our Asia Pacific talent pipeline, driving high-impact future leadership hiring, designing transformative early career programs, and shaping our employer brand narrative across one of the world's most dynamic regions. This role sits at the intersection of Early Talent Leadership Program Managing , Employer Branding & Communication Enhancing and Key Vendor Cost Optimization—requiring a versatile leader who can balance visionary program building with operational excellence. You will partner closely with business leaders, HRBP and regional stakeholders to ensure our talent acquisition engine fuels business growth while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences . ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Early Talent Program Design & Execution (40%) • End-to-end ownership of leadership program recruitment across APAC, including campus hiring strategy development, regional leadership development programs( FLP, ELP ,DTLP and OLP ) and leadership program effectiveness evaluation ; • Architect and execute Early Talent Programs (graduate schemes, internships, apprenticeships) tailored to APAC market dynamics • Partner with HR Business Partners and Regional Leadership to define young talent competency frameworks, succession criteria, and assessment methodologies for early talent leadership roles • Manage campus recruitment lifecycle: university partnership strategy, on-campus presence, assessment design, offer conversion, and onboarding integration • Design structured interview frameworks and assessment centers leveraging BBI (Behavior Based Interview ) methodologies to guide and facilitate the early talent selection process and progress 2. Campus Relationship Building & Employer Branding (20%) • Strategic university partnership management across APAC priority markets (target institutions in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malysia , Australia, Japan) • Negotiate and maintain long term partnership with target universities and colleges with further designed scholarship, , sponsorship agreements, and exclusive recruitment partnerships • Build faculty and career center relationships to influence curriculum alignment and secure early access to top-tier talent • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment talks, and industry forums, serving as the face of our employer brand to emerging talent 3. Social Media & Hot Jobs Newsletter Management (20%) • Own the APAC employer brand content strategy across 51job, LinkedIn, JobSDB, local job boards, and emerging platforms • Curate and produce the monthly "Hot Jobs" newsletter—a high-conversion direct channel targeting passive talent pools with featured roles, employee stories, and culture proofs • Drive Employee Referral Program & Optimization, Develop targeted referral campaigns for high-priority roles (leadership program openings, niche technical positions, early talent program alumni roles), leveraging internal communications, leadership town halls, and digital nudges 4. Vendor Cost Management – Asia PSL Vendors (20%) • Strategic vendor portfolio management for Asia Pacific recruitment partners: executive search firms, RPO providers, assessment vendors, and technology platforms • Manage Vendor Payment Process with Ariba system and following guidance from local finance team with invoice payment process and ensure timely payment per master contract • Implement regular reviews with top vendors in PSL ( Preferred Supplier List ) , tracking SLAs, time-to-submit, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics • Ensure vendor compliance with regional data privacy regulations (PDPA, PIPL, APPI) and labor advertising standards 作为高级人才招聘合作伙伴,您将是我们亚太地区人才储备体系的战略规划者,负责推动具有重大影响力的未来领导层招聘工作,设计具有变革性的早期职业发展计划,并在这一全球最具活力的地区塑造我们的雇主品牌故事。此职位涉及早期人才领导力计划管理、雇主品牌塑造与沟通提升以及关键供应商成本优化等多个方面,需要一位具备多方面能力的全能型领导者,能够平衡富有远见的项目规划与卓越的运营效率。您将与业务领导、人力资源业务伙伴以及区域相关方密切合作,确保我们的人才招聘体系能够推动业务增长,同时为候选人和招聘经理提供卓越的体验。________________________________________ 主要职责 1. 早期人才项目设计与执行(40%) • 负责亚太地区领导力项目的全面招聘工作,包括校园招聘策略的制定、区域领导力发展项目(FLP、ELP、DTLP 和 OLP)以及领导力项目效果评估; • 设计并执行针对亚太市场动态的早期人才项目(研究生项目、实习项目、学徒项目); • 与人力资源业务伙伴及区域领导层合作,制定年轻人才能力框架、继任标准和早期人才领导岗位的评估方法; • 管理校园招聘的整个生命周期:大学合作策略、校园存在、评估设计、录取转化和入职整合; • 利用 BBI(基于行为的面试)方法设计结构化的面试框架和评估中心,以指导和促进早期人才选拔过程及进展。2. 校园关系构建与雇主品牌推广(20%) • 在亚太重点市场(新加坡、香港、中国、马来西亚、澳大利亚、日本)开展战略性的大学合作关系管理 • 与目标大学和学院进行长期合作谈判,并进一步制定奖学金、赞助协议和独家招聘合作关系 • 建立与教师和职业中心的关系,以影响课程设置的一致性,并确保尽早获得顶尖人才 • 参加招聘会、招聘洽谈会和行业论坛,作为我们雇主品牌的代表,面向新兴人才展现公司形象3. 社交媒体与热门职位资讯管理(20%) • 负责整合 51job、领英、JobSDB、本地招聘网站以及新兴平台的亚太地区雇主品牌内容策略 • 筛选并制作每月的“热门职位”资讯通讯——这是一条高转化率的直接渠道,旨在针对潜在人才群体提供特色职位、员工故事和文化证明等内容 • 推动员工推荐计划及优化工作,为高优先级职位(领导岗位空缺、特定技术岗位、早期人才项目校友职位)制定有针对性的推荐活动,利用内部沟通、领导层全体会议和数字激励手段4. 供应商成本管理 - 亚洲 PSL 供应商(20%) • 为亚太地区的招聘合作伙伴(包括猎头公司、RPO 提供商、评估供应商和技术平台)制定战略供应商组合管理方案 • 通过 Ariba 系统管理供应商付款流程,并遵循当地财务团队提供的指导进行发票支付流程,确保按照主合同按时付款 • 与 PSL(首选供应商名单)中的顶级供应商定期进行审查,跟踪服务级别协议、提交时间、招聘质量以及每次招聘的成本等指标 • 确保供应商遵守地区数据隐私法规(PDPA、PIPL、APPI)和劳动力广告标准
任职要求
Qualifications & Experience • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a multinational company environment handling APAC markets • Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development hiring programs and early talent/graduate recruitment programs • Demonstrated expertise in campus recruitment strategy and university partnership management across multiple APAC countries • Hands-on experience managing employer brand content and recruitment marketing channels (social media, newsletters, CRM campaigns) • Strong vendor management and cost optimization experience with executive search firms, RPOs, or staffing agencies • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional APAC language (Mandarin, Japanese, or others) highly valued • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba ) and recruitment analytics tools • 至少 5 年的逐步提升的招聘经验,其中至少 3 年在跨国公司环境中负责亚太市场 • 有成功的记录设计和扩展领导力发展招聘计划以及早期人才/毕业生招聘计划 • 在多个亚太国家的校园招聘策略和大学合作关系管理方面具有丰富的专业知识• 具备管理雇主品牌内容及招聘营销渠道(包括社交媒体、新闻通讯、客户关系管理活动)的实际操作经验 • 拥有与猎头公司、RPO(人力资源外包组织)或招聘服务机构合作的供应商管理及成本优化经验 • 英语流利;掌握一门或多门外语(如普通话、日语或其他语言)者优先
