岗位职责
FOH经理将监督和优化整个客人用餐过程——从问候到付款——确保无缝、高质量的服务体验。该职位将运营领导与动手团队发展相结合,旨在提高客人满意度和运营效率。 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (岗位职责)  Service Excellence & Process Control(优质服务&过程管控) 1) Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure greeting, ordering, service, and payment meet brand standards 监督FOH的日常运营,确保问候、订购、服务和付款符合品牌标准。 2) Inspect dining areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met, proper table settings, and equipment readiness. 检查用餐区,确保清洁、餐桌布置和设备准备就绪。 3) Optimize staffing levels to ensure efficient service, minimize guest wait times, and maximize table turnover, delivering an exceptional guest experience during operating hours. 优化人员配置,确保高效服务,最大限度减少顾客等候时间并提升餐桌周转率,在所有营业时段为客人提供卓越的用餐体验.  Team Training & Performance Management(团队培训及绩效管理) 1) Lead FOH recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations. 领导FOH员工的招聘、入职和绩效评估。 2) Conduct regular training on service etiquette, guest interaction, and conflict resolution. 定期进行服务礼仪、客人互动和冲突解决方面的培训。 3) Inspire and motivate team by consistently demonstrating professional behavior, providing positive reinforcement, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by leading through example. 通过积极的强化和以身作则, 持续激发团队士气,营造责任感和卓越追求的团队文化。  Guest Relations & Conflict Resolution(顾客关系及冲突解决) 1) Engage proactively with guests, gather real-time feedback, and resolve issues quickly. 主动与客人互动,收集实时反馈并快速解决问题。 2) Handle guest complaints efficiently and monitor online reviews (Yelp, Google, etc.) to identify areas for improvement. 高效处理客人投诉,监控和分析客人评论(Yelp、谷歌等),以确定需要改进的地方。 3) Deliver outstanding experiences for VIPs and special guests by anticipating their needs, personalizing service, and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. 通过主动关注需求、个性化服务及注重每一个细节,为贵宾和特殊客人提供卓越的用餐体验,力求满足并超越他们的期待。  Operational Support & Coordination(运营支持与协调) 1) Coordinate with the Executive Chef to streamline order flow and optimize food delivery timing, ensuring smooth and efficient service. 与总厨合作,优化订单流程和食品出餐时间,确保服务流畅高效。 2) Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering FOH supplies to maintain uninterrupted operations. 协助检查库存状况和订购FOH用品, 保障门店运营连续性。 3) Support the General Manager in analyzing sales and labor data to develop effective scheduling strategies and drive operational efficiency. 通过分析销售和人力数据,协助门店经理制定高效的排班策略,提升运营效益。  Perform other duties as assigned by upper management(执行上级可能指派的其他任务)
任职要求
1. Passionate about the restaurant industry, with proven chain restaurant manager experience ; minimum of 1 year as a restaurant Front of House Manager (including entrepreneurial experience is a plus). 1.热爱餐饮行业,拥有连锁餐厅管理工作经验,担任连锁餐饮前厅经理岗位1年以上(含相关餐饮创业经验) 2. Experience managing a team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff, with the ability to work independently. 2.管理过团队,拥有招聘、培训和激励的团队管理经验,具备独挡一面的能力 3. Solid understanding of U.S. restaurant regulations and standards, with knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and restaurant operations. 3.深入了解美国餐饮行业相关法规和标准,具备食品安全、劳动法和门店运营的实际知识。 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred) 4.具备优秀的沟通和协调能力,英语流利,普通话优先 5. Proficient in using point-to-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); able to efficiently manage daily transactions, reporting and communication through these tools. 5. 熟练使用收银系统(POS)和Microsoft Office办公套件(包括Word、Excel、Outlook),能够通过上述工具高效管理日常交易、报表和沟通。 6. High school diploma or above required; additional education or training in hospitality or related fields is preferred. 6.高中及以上学历;有酒店相关教育或专业背景者优先 7. Demonstrates a strong commitment to service excellence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and effectively resolve issues in high-pressure situations. 7. 具备卓越的服务意识和沟通能力,能够在高压环境下保持冷静并有效解决问题 Physical Requirements: 1.
