Develop, integrate and manage preferred suppliers to meet business requirements. 驱动供应商达成质量、交付、成本的目标。针对业务需求开发、整合管理优选供应商  Responsible for Supplier Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan execution.  负责供应商风险评估和风险减轻计划执行。  Leads R&D communications related to the commodity and facilitates the identification and evaluation of new materials or technologies to cover current and potential future BEC requirements.  主导相关商品的早期研发沟通，促进新物料或者新技术是否已包括当前或者潜在的未来公司的要求的识别和评估。  Support Supplier for the sampling and CQP (Component Qualification Process) for new design or design change.  给与供应商指导并支持新设计或者设计变更所需样品制作以及CQP流程。  Implement localization and cost reduction project proactively. Drive annual productivity through value engineering improvement, process improvement & negotiations 积极主动的推进国产化及成本节约项目。通过价值工程改进，过程改进以及谈判来提升年度生产力。  Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and regular supplier reviews for all strategic suppliers within commodity.  主导供应商关系管理，以及相关商品的战略供应商定期业务回顾。  Lead Supplier QDC overall performance improvement activities  主导供应商的改进活动，包括质量，价格，交期等等。  Interacts with site material/planning teams 能和公司的物料和计划部门良好合作  Other tasks assigned by leader 主管安排的其他任务
