Position Overview
Asthe CustomsComplianceManagerfortheMiddle Eastregion, youwillbe responsible for overseeingallimport customs clearance and product certificationprocessesfor aB2Be-commerce platform.Youwill ensure compliancewithlocalregulations, optimize clearance efficiency, and minimize customs-relatedrisks and costs acrossthe region,withaprimary focus onSaudiArabia and theUnitedArab Emirates.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance&Certification
o Identify and interpret customs andproduct certificationrequirementsinSaudiArabiaand theUAEfor a wide range ofindustrial andcommercial goods.
o Provide professional guidance and actionable recommendationstointernalteams toensure full compliance before importation.
2. CustomsOperationsManagement
o Manage companyaccountswithcustomssystems and certificationplatformsin bothSaudi Arabia and theUAE.
o Coordinatewithfreightforwarders, brokers, and government authoritiesto execute sea and airimport clearance.
o Ensure timely and compliantcompletionofproductcertificationand clearance
procedures.
3. Performance Optimization
o Take ownershipofkey customsperformance indicators,includingclearance accuracy,lead time, andcost efficiency.
o Analyze root causes of clearance exceptions and implement continuou improvementmeasurestoenhance customs operations.
4. Process&SystemGovernanceo Maintainand update the company ’s customs and certification documentation.
o Contribute tothe development ofdigital customsworkflows and standard operatingprocedures acrossthe region.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Collaboratewithinternal logistics, procurement, andcompliance teamsto ensure seamless end-to-endimport operations.
o Liaisewithlocal authorities and certificationbodiestostayupdated onregulation changes andindustry practices.

Required Qualifications:
Saudi national.
Minimum 5 years of experience incustoms clearance or compliance for B2Borindustrial goods importation.
