Complete the preparation of management documents on safety, environment and health, responsible for R&D center safety production guidance and audit work (site inspection, 7MSR audit, logistics safety audit, etc.), responsible for group/regional HSE docking, supervising staff to implement various safety requirements;完成安全、环境、健康方面管理文件的编制，负责研发中心安全生产指导及审核工作（现场巡检、7MSR审核、物流安全审核等），负责集团/区域HSE对接，督导员工执行各项安全要求。 2. Conduct regular risk assessments on equipment, work equipment, fire protection, plant traffic, and formulate corresponding rectification requirements according to the results, and issue to relevant departments and supervise and check the implementation;对设备、工装、消防、厂区交通、定期进行风险评估，根据结果制定相应的整改要求，下达到相关部门并监督、检查执行。 3. To formulate corresponding measures according to new standards and red-headed warning documents issued by the China region, after assessment, and issue to the relevant departments for implementation;根据中国区下达的新标准、红头警示文件等，经过评估后，制定相应的措施，下达各相关部门执行。 4. Participating in the safety review of new project equipment, moulds, jigs and fixtures and inspection tools development;参加新项目设备、模具、夹具、检具开发的安全评审工作。 5. To gatekeep the power supply system, plant air supply and external cooling water system, and to raise any problems in a timely manner;对供电系统、工厂供气、外循环冷却水系统进行把关，有问题及时提出。 6. Participating in the safety review of new project equipment, moulds, jigs and fixtures and inspection tools development;参加新项目设备、模具、夹具、检具开发的安全评审工作。 7.
