Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with Thermo booking policy by checking contract information from the sales team • Input all orders accurately and in a timely manner into SAP • Manage and process orders to ensure timely revenue recognition and prompt closure of orders • Issue invoices to customers and ensure they receive them • Regularly review and track accounts receivable • Support sales engineers in checking spare parts inventory or order status • Assist sales team with internal issues

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Law, or International Trade preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, project management, or business data analysis • Good knowledge of SAP preferred • Effective communication, planning, and coordination skills • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking • Willingness to work overtime if needed • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Basic knowledge of SAP • Strong communication and coordination skills 英语四六级，会sap或者其他订单系统，医疗器械相关行业最好其他也行，月末或季度末可能加班会调休，加班不多，两轮面试北京全部线下
