岗位职责
职位名称:订单管理专员 工作地点:江苏省苏州市虎丘区向阳路198号9号 主要工作职责: MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • 准确高效地处理通过电话、电子邮件或邮件接收的订单和发货请求,严格执行对价格、折扣和产品编号的核验,以确保数据准确性和客户满意度。 • 在公司的ERP系统中创建、更新和管理客户订单;通过及时的沟通与协调,优先处理并促进加急订单的完成;主动监控及跟进未完成订单和客户问询,确保问题得到及时解决。 与生产计划人员密切协调,根据已确认的客户订单调整工厂生产计划,确保按时交付并实现资源最优利用。 提供全面的行政支持,包括整理和维护订单相关文件、起草和编辑业务信函、校对文件,以确保专业性和准确性。 • 作为BU International、销售、仓库及物流团队之间的主要联络人,协助实现订单无缝处理,解决差异,保障端到端订单履行的效率。 • 与Aiswei国际团队积极协作,支持跨境订单活动,包括文件准备、发货要求及符合国际贸易法规的合规操作。 • 参与流程改进计划,通过识别优化订单履行系统和平台的机会,参与软件重新配置、产品标签重新设计以及其他旨在提升运营准确性和效率的项目。 • Accurately and efficiently process orders and shipment requests received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring strict verification of pricing, discounts, and product numbers to maintain data integrity and customer satisfaction. • Create, update, and manage customer orders within the company’s ERP system; prioritize and facilitate rush orders through timely communication and coordination; proactively monitor and follow up on pending orders and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate closely with production planners to align factory production schedules with confirmed customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization. • Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including organizing and maintaining order-related files, drafting and editing business correspondence, and proofreading documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy. • Serve as the primary liaison among BU International, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to facilitate seamless order processing, resolve discrepancies, and ensure end-to-order fulfillment efficiency. • Collaborate actively with the Aiswei International team to support cross-border order activities, including documentation, shipping requirements, and compliance with international trade regulations. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance order fulfillment systems and platforms, participating in software reconfiguration, product label redesign, and other projects aimed at increasing operational accuracy and efficiency.
任职要求
主要能力素质: KEY RESULT AREAS AND CHARACTERISTICS • 具备1-3年办公室相关工作经验,有行政或销售支持类岗位经验者优先 • 有光伏行业销售环境工作经验者更佳 • 具备高度客户服务意识,注重客户满意度 • 能够高效处理大量电话和电子邮件 • 具备优先级处理能力及解决问题能力 • 能够 multitask(多任务处理),适应快节奏工作环境 • 强烈的敬业精神和团队合作意识 • 熟练掌握微软Windows及Office办公软件(有CRM经验者优先,具备Salesforce技能更佳) • 积极主动,实干肯干,具备强烈的“能做到”态度 • 优秀的英文书面和口头沟通能力 • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role • Experience in a PV industry sales environment an advantage • A distinct customer satisfaction focus • Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails. • Ability to prioritize and problem solving • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong work ethics and team player. • Strong Microsoft windows and office skills (CRM experience an advantage, Salesforce skills will be better) • A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 早9晚6,周末双休。劳动合同和上市公司科锐国际签署,入职缴纳苏州五险一金。
