1.Client Management & Expansion
○Maintain and deepen relationships with existing institutional clients (brokers, proprietary traders, hedge funds).
○Identify and onboard new clients across target markets (HK/SG/MY/TW/international).
○Conduct market analysis to uncover business opportunities in cross-market arbitrage.
2.Product Collaboration
○Bridge client needs with product team to prioritize features (e.g., arbitrage tools, multi-market connectivity).
○Lead client feedback sessions to guide product roadmap.
3.Commercial Strategy
○Develop pricing models and partnership frameworks for international brokers.
○Negotiate contracts and coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
4.Market Expertise
○Monitor global futures market trends (especially CME/SGX/HKEX).
○Educate clients on cross-market strategies using our platform.
任职要求
Must-Have:
•5+ years in futures trading business development/sales, with proven track record in international markets.
•Deep understanding of futures products (commodities, indices, rates) and cross-market arbitrage mechanics.
•Existing network with brokers, hedge funds, or proprietary trading firms in Asia.
•Fluent English (written/spoken) + Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency.
Nice-to-Have:
•Experience working with trading platforms (TT/CQG/Esunny) or fintech SaaS.
•Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HKMA/MAS/SFC).
