Bachelor degree or above– mechanical or similar 大学本科（含）及以上学历- 机械或相关专业 ≥3 years’ experience in mechanical design, prefer to have experience on Drive and NC development 3年及以上的结构设计经验，有驱动和数控类产品开发经验优先 Familiar with the manufacture process of mechanical components, for example, the tooling, punching, machining, surface treatment etc. 熟悉各类机械类零件的制造加工工艺，如模具，冲压，机加及表面处理等 Familiar with 3D Design tools – NX 熟悉3D开发设计软件NX Good at English both in spoken and written. 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力 Good communication skill and teamwork spirit. 良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神 Good ownership and positive attitude 具备良好的敬业精神，责任心强，工作积极主动 Good learning ability. 良好的学习能力 Prefer to have experience on simulation tools like Flotherm for electronic thermal simulation and NX for structural simulation 具有电子系统散热仿真（Flotherm）和机械仿真（NX）经验优先
