Finance + Commercial Responsibilities： Responsible for controlling the effective date of overseas company contracts (through commercial seal and countersignature); Responsible for reviewing contract content / compliance with delegated authority (authorization matrix); Responsible for the archiving and preservation of all contracts, agreements, and commercial correspondence involving payments or receipts; 财务 + 商务职责： 负责海外公司合同生效节点的控制（由商务盖章和背签）； 负责审核合同内容/管理授权（核决权限表）的合规性； 负责所有有收付款的合同、协议、商业往来文件等业务文件的存档和保存。
