A large company seeks an individual with the skills to strategically identify and drive corrective actions for the top issues affecting the iPhone product family and its component, through reliability test and deep failure analysis. Strong collaboration with engineering, product development, operations, AppleCare, and the iPhone component manufacturers. This is a key role to drive ongoing reliability testing (ORT) and/or failure analysis for the iPhone and its component. Strong communication skill is required. • Manage operations reliability or failure analysis in the product development and launch process (Must have) • Manage alignment and transition of reliability or failure analysis from NPI to MP (Must have) • Working with cross function team include engineering and operation team, making recommendations to improve design and fix the bugs (Must have) • Strategic identification and prioritization of issues identified in ORT and drive corrective actions through deep FA (Must have) • Succinctly communicating technical updates to the team (Must have)
任职要求
• 3-8 years minimum product design/failure analysis/reliability test management experience on consumer product; (Must have) • Highly skilled engineering professional with strong reliability or failure analysis knowledge (Must have) • Hands on experience in reliability testing or debugging, failure analysis and functional verification of components (display, camera, speaker, printed circuits, battery, buttons, vibrator, expert in at least one area) (Must have) • Superior English communications skills (Must have) • Knowledgeable in data analysis and interpretation, JMP expert + (Good to have) • Good understanding of product and process quality control (Good to have) Education: • BS or MS Engineering (EE, ME, IE, etc.)
