Key responsibilities (80%): • Provide timely legal support on day-to-day client inquiries on legal matters ; • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable laws; • Conduct targeted legal research, and proactively monitor and report on the legislative and regulatory developments impacting the pharmaceutical industry, including emerging technologies and trends; Additional legal support (15-20%): • Copy review of promotional and marketing materials; • Any other ad hoc work or project as assigned by senior legal counsel or department head.

Qualifications – Contract lawyer • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; • 3 years of experience working at a leading international or PRC law firm, with a proven track record in legal analysis, contract drafting and review; • Qualified to practice law in the PRC and/or another jurisdiction; • Proactive, thorough, and detail-oriented approach to legal work; • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to both legal and non-legal stakeholders; • Willing to learn, adapt and develop. • Location: Shanghai
