Job Description 岗位描述 1. PCC system:Maintain price change,upload contract, maintain supplier data changes, etc. 2. Contract creation: Project agreement, Master agreement, Quality Assurance Agreement, NDA, etc. 3. SAP system: create sourcing agreement & source list, proceed QB workflow(Quality claim), ECN workflow. 4. MDG system: Squando, document/file upload. 5. Other open tasks. 1. ”PCC 系统：维护价格变动、上传合同、维护供应商数据变更等。 2. 合同的制定：项目协议、主协议、质量保证协议、保密协议等。 3. SAP 系统：创建采购协议及采购清单，执行质量索赔工作流程（QB）以及工程变更通知（ECN）工作流程。4. MDG 系统：Squando，文件/文档上传。 5. “其他未完成的任务。”

Basic requirements 职位要求: 1. Bachelor degree 2. English skill: read and write, also oral communication is preferred. 2. Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and SAP 3.
